•A deposit may be required to secure your appointment

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where necessary.

3. Deposits & Payments
•Deposits are required for certain treatments and consultations
•Deposits are deducted from the final treatment cost
Deposits are non-refundable in the following circumstances:
•Late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice)
•Failure to attend an appointment
•Where laboratory work has been commissioned
Full or staged payment may be required before or during treatment.

4. Laboratory Work & Custom Treatments
For treatments involving custom-made items (including but not limited to crowns, veneers, bridges, and aligners):
•These are bespoke medical devices made specifically for you
•Once approved and ordered, costs are incurred immediately
•Fees relating to laboratory work are non-refundable

5. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
•A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule
•Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in:
•Loss of deposit
•Additional charges
Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.

•Treatment plans are based on clinical findings at the time of assessment
•Dentistry is not an exact science, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed
•Results may vary depending on individual biological factors

•Expected outcomes
Your informed consent will be obtained prior to treatment.

Patients are responsible for:
•Providing accurate and complete medical history
•Informing us of any changes to their health
•Following all aftercare instructions
•Attending follow-up appointments where advised
Failure to follow clinical advice may impact results and any further care.

•Patients must contact the clinic promptly if any issues arise

Where issues arise due to:
•Failure to follow aftercare
•External treatment elsewhere
•Trauma or misuse

•Refunds are not provided for completed treatment
•Deposits and laboratory fees are non-refundable once incurred
•Any concerns will be reviewed clinically and managed appropriately

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

•Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
